We put on trips both home and abroad, near and far to reward and inspire our staff.

Here's an example of some trips we've put on...
- We’ve taken our head chefs on foodie tours to the likes of Barcelona’s Boqueria market and London’s Borough Market.
- Our general managers & assistant managers have flown to wine suppliers in Rioja, Champagne and Bordeaux.
- Our sous chefs & CDP’s headed off to Brixham to visit our fish supplier, Kingfisher.
- Supervisors and commis chefs took a trip over to Bristol to discover some of its foodie and cultural highlights.
- Foraging in the local area, learning about the seasonality and habitats of plant species, as well as recipe inspiration.
- Supplier visits to gain understanding of where our produce comes from.
- Bath walking tours – even if you’ve lived in Bath your whole life, there’s so much rich history you’re bound to learn something new and surprising about the city; and if you’re newly arrived in the area, it’s a great way to get to know the city.
